Participatory democracy and deliberative democracy are currently two of the best known models used to study and explain the involvement of citizens in the public realm. For several years FONDACA has activated a process of reflection and study on these models, aimed at a critical analysis of the strengths and, above all, of the critical issues characterizing the two approaches.
