Since 2009 FONDACA has been taking part in a PRIN Project called "Western political imagination. The European Union as a place of opportunity or as a fortress?" promoted by University of Milan Bicocca. The project envisages researching the inclusion of first and second generation immigrants within Italian civic organizations through an in-depth case study carried out by the Foundation within the framework of the Second Edition of the Civil Society Index. In 2010 FONDACA will hold a seminar in order to present the results of the completed studies.
