FONDACA’s staff is made up by a group of professionals. In addition, the Foundation draws on the collaboration of external collaborators and a network of partner who become involved on areas of activities.

Staff

The Foundation's permanent staff is composed of 11 people, of whom 7 are women and 4 men, all graduates with a variety of backgrounds and specializations in social sciences. The average age is 32. The leadership roles are mainly held by women, two of whom are mothers. These features respond to a strategic distinctive choice made by the Foundation, which is to invest in young people and women, creating an environment conducive to their professional development.

• Norma Rosaria Agrillo
  (Head of Administration - 37 years old)
  Norma Rosaria Agrillo graduated in economics and commerce, accountant and auditor. She has had several years of experience in managing the accounts and administration of companies and is currently head of administration of FONDACA. • Paolo Bertani
  (Institutional Relations - 29 years old)
  Paolo Bertani has an academic degree in Economics of cultural heritage. For his final thesis he made a survey about the relationship between corporations and cultural organizations. After graduation, he completed two internships in New York City for the Bronx Council on the Arts and Mena. He has a Master's degree in Corporate Citizenship. • Fabio Dalmonte
  (Project Assistant Corporate Citizenship Area - 29 years old)
  Fabio Dalmonte achieved the degree in Management Engeneering and master's degree in Corporate Citizenship. • Laura Lamberti
  (Project Assistant Communication & Organization and Corporate Citizenship Areas - 29 years old)
  Laura Lamberti graduated in International Relations to the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University "RomaTre". She specialized on Corporate Social Responsibility's topic, focusing her final dissertation on "The Corporate Social Responsibility in countries undergoing Nation-building. The case of Bosnia and Herzegovina". Since 2009, she has been working with FONDACA as Project Assistant in the Corporate Citizenship Area and since 2011 also as Project Assistant in the Communication and Organization Area. • Francesca Martelozzo
  (Head of Communication & Organization Area - 36 years old)
  Francesca Martelozzo gets a degree in Sociology with specialization in communication area. Since 2008 she has been working with FONDACA and at the moment is the Head of the Communication and Organization Area. She specialized in intercultural integration projects and in the protection of the citizenship rights for immigrants as well. • Lucia Mazzuca
  (Project Assistant Governance Area - 26 years old)
  Lucia Mazzuca graduated in 2009 from "Roma Tre" University with a degree in Social Service Management, from the Faculty of Education Sciences . Her thesis, focused on the new forms of democratic participation, was entitled: "Participatory democracy and deliberative democracy: a comparison." • Giovanni Moro
  (Head of Governance Area - 53 years old)
  Giovanni Moro is the president of FONDACA. He is a political sociologist and he teaches at the University Roma Tre, Faculty of Education. He published books on civic action, corporate social responsibility and on Italian civil society. For many years he was the general secretary of Cittadinanzattiva movement and he started their European network, Active Citizenship Network. • Roberto Ranucci
  (Project Assistant Civic Activism Area - 29 years old)
  Roberto Ranucci in 2008 graduated in Sciences and Technologies of the Communication to the University "Sapienza" of Rome, with the qualification in Analysis of the cultural industry. and his final dissertation was entitled " Media's interpretations of the social movements: the '77". • Monica Ruffa
  (Head of Civic Activism Area - 33 years old)
  Monica Ruffa, in 2003 graduated in Sociology, with the qualification in 'social planning'. She has experience in the evaluation of social services and local administration. She attended the Post-Degree Course on Citizenship Policies and Local Welfare organized by FONDACA in partnership with the Faculty of Statistics of the University of Rome "La Sapienza". Her final dissertation was about the analysis of partnership between companies and civic organization. • Alessia Sabbatino
  (Director of FONDACA and Head of Corporate Citizenship Area - 31 years old)
  Alessia Sabbatino is the Director of FONDACA and the Head of Corporate Citizenship Programs. She coordinates the "Master Degree in Corporate Citizenship. Integrated strategies of social responsibility" carried out by FONDACA in partnership with the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa and the Boston College's Centre for Responsible Leadership. In September 2007, she has become coordinator of the Global Compact Italian Network Focal Point. She has a University degree in Political Science and a Master Degree in Corporate Citizenship. Her main field of research interest is corporate citizenship, with particular emphasis on the relations between private actors and stakeholders. • Ylenia Tommasato

  Ylenia Tommasato achieved the degree in Philosophy at the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University with a specialization in Philosophy of praxis and she has a Master Degree in Corporate Citizenship.
