Mariano Votta achieved the degree in Political Science and master's degree in European Public Relations and Corporate Citizenship. As journalist, he writes on magazines about public services & protection of rights. Since 2001 he has been working with Cittadinanzattiva and since 2009 with FONDACA's press office too. He worked on books regarding consumer policy and administrative simplification in public administration. Co-author of "Developing the system of social services and their quality.
