Monica Ruffa, in 2003 graduated in Sociology, with the qualification in ‘social planning'. She has experience in the evaluation of social services and local administration. She attended the Post-Degree Course on Citizenship Policies and Local Welfare organized by FONDACA in partnership with the Faculty of Statistics of the University of Rome "La Sapienza". Her final dissertation was about the analysis of partnership between companies and civic organization. Since 2006 she collaborates with FONDACA and at the moment she is the Head of the Civic Activism Area.
