Paolo Bertani has an academic degree in Economics of cultural heritage. For his final thesis he made a survey about the relationship between corporations and cultural organizations. After graduation, he completed two internships in New York City for the Bronx Council on the Arts and Mena. He has a Master's degree in Corporate Citizenship. In 2011 he started working in FONDACA as institutional relations officer.
